What this site is, what booking does and does not commit either of us to, and the few rules for using it.

What this site is

This is the website of The Health Collective, a shared clinical suite building at 1143A 47th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101. It describes the building, answers questions about renting space in it, and lets you book an introductory call or a tour.

It is not a place where care is given or arranged. Nothing here is medical advice, and no practitioner–patient relationship is created by reading it or by contacting us. If you are looking for treatment, contact a provider directly.

Booking a call or a tour

Booking through this site arranges a conversation. It is not an application, it does not reserve a suite, it does not create a tenancy, licence or agreement of any kind, and it commits neither of us to anything beyond turning up.

Availability shown on the booking pages is the live state of a calendar and can change. If a time becomes unavailable between you choosing it and confirming it, the booking is refused rather than double-booked, and you are asked to pick again.

Either of us may cancel or reschedule. If you booked with us, you can reply to the calendar invitation or use the contact details below.

Renting space

Any arrangement to use space in the building is governed by the written agreement signed for it, not by this site. Where the two differ, the signed agreement is what counts. Prices, availability and descriptions shown here are indicative and may change before anything is signed.

The guides

The guides on this site are general information written to be useful to somebody deciding whether shared clinical space suits them. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice, they are not specific to your circumstances, and they are not a substitute for advice from somebody you have engaged. Rules change and vary by situation. Check anything you intend to rely on.

Using the site

Please do not:

• book appointments you do not intend to keep, or submit details that are not yours to give
• attempt to interfere with the site, its booking system, or anyone else’s use of it
• copy the site’s text, photographs or design for use elsewhere

The content of this site belongs to The Health Collective. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution.

Your details

What we collect when you book, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted are set out in the privacy notice. Nothing in these terms overrides it.

What we do not promise

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always either. Booking depends on services we do not control, and pages can be out of date. Where the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. The version on this page is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
